In Yunhai City in 1995, a cash transport truck was hijacked by three gangsters while speeding on the road. Veteran criminal policeman Liu Zhi Cheng was ordered to lead a team to hunt down gangsters. In order to rescue the hostages, he was seriously injured, and two gangsters slipped through the net. In the following four years, there was still no news, and the whereabouts of the huge sum of money that was lost were also unknown. One day, four years later, unexpectedly, the serial-numbered banknotes that were robbed appear. The serial-numbered banknote implicates Zhang Jing Hua, a beautiful young woman who runs a barber shop, Zhao Da Lei, the big boss of the nightclub, and others. Through this small clue, Liu Zhi Cheng leads the criminal police team to conduct in-depth investigations one by one.
